Polaris/GCQ (ThermoFinnigan, Inc.) Gas Chromatography - Ion Trap Mass Spectrometer system.

This system can be used for separation of complex mixtures by gas chromatography and identification by mass spectrometry.

Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization Time-of-Flight  Mass Spectrometry

MicroFlex time - of - flight mass spectrometer (Bruker Daltonics, Inc.) equipped with linear and reflectron detection.

This system is designed for MALDI analysis of peptides and proteins as well as large biomolecules such as DNA.

Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization TOF/TOF Mass Spectrometry
 4700 Proteomics Analyzer (Applied Biosystems, Inc.) equipped with reflectron detection.

This system is designed for MALDI analysis of peptides.  It can readily generate peptide mass fingerprints and perform collision induced dissociation (CID) of peptides of interest.

Electrospray Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry
High-Capacity Trap (HCT) electrospray ion-trap mass spectrometer (Bruker Daltonics, Inc.) equipped with an LC Packings nano-HPLC system.

This system is designed for LC-MS applications, but can also easily be used for analysis of peptides, proteins and other biopolymers. With capabilities of MSn it is also a valuable structural tool.
